Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you are not satisfied with our products, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. You need to return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. Please visit our store and return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order or you can return by mail. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not satisfy with the product. We will refund the merchandise total, less the costs for shipping and handling. Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice or packing slip and the reason for your return. We recommend that you mail your package via registered mail.

- Returned products are subject to inspection by SkinAttraction staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift and samples with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged.
- Any tool return must contain all parts sold with the original purchase, including cords, chargers, adapters, carry case and any accessories.
- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
- We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
- Customers pay for return shipment charges.
